Delivery terms in Ukraine
Orders are delivered only via the Nova Poshta service. There is no option for self-pickup, which allows us to maintain favorable prices for our customers.
- Sending goods by cash on delivery - on the day of placing the order or the next day.
- Average delivery time is 1–2 days.
- Upon receipt, you can inspect and try on the product before paying.
- Payment is made in cash or by card after inspection.
- If the product does not suit you, you can refuse the parcel without paying.
- Shipments are made every day.
Important details:
- Orders placed before 2:30 pm are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:30 pm will be shipped the next business day.
- Delivery costs are paid separately according to the rates of Nova Poshta.
- In some cases, prepayment for delivery of up to 150 UAH is possible (the manager will inform you about this need upon confirmation).
- If desired, full prepayment for the goods is possible to reduce the cost of delivery.
- After sending, you will receive an SMS with the TTN number to track the parcel on the Nova Poshta website.
Payment for goods
- Payment is made upon receipt - in cash or by card at a Nova Poshta branch or to the courier.
- Delivery costs are paid separately, according to the carrier's rates.
- In some cases, prepayment for delivery of up to 200 UAH is required (the manager will inform you about this).
- If you wish, you can pay for the product in advance, which will help you save on delivery.
- By default, all orders are sent cash on delivery, with the possibility of inspection and fitting before payment.
Delivery is carried out exclusively through "Nova Poshta". There is no pickup - thanks to this we maintain affordable prices for you.
